FIT4MOM® provides classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood!
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes generally run 60 minutes, and are total body workouts which incorporate power walking; optional running; strength; toning; songs; and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class in the beautiful outdoors of Honolulu.
Body Back® HIIT Transformation Classes are 30 minutes of high intensity interval training along with a 15 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down and meditation. This class offers participants a child-free intense workout. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot. This is a child free workout and is the intensity level is not recommended for pregnant moms.more
Our Mom Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. Solo and stroller running, welcome. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Join us every Saturday morning!more
Fit4Mom's Our Village is your place to, support, connect, empower, and make a difference. Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in Honolulu. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us! Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!
