Body Back®


Body Back® is a total-body, high-intensity interval training workout. Boost classes are offered as a weekly drop-in workout offered during our Body Back® sessions. Classes are one hour long. Pre-Enrollment is is REQUIRED to reserve your spot. This is a child free workout and is the intensity level is not recommended for pregnant moms.
