Congratulations on your pregnancy! Fit4baby® is a total body workout designed exclusively for moms-to-be. You can begin classes at any point during pregnancy. We offer three weekly prenatal fitness classes: Monday (5-6PM), Wednesday (5-6PM), Saturday (11AM-12PM)
