WHAT IS THIS?
FIT4MOM Honolulu is a pre and post natal fitness program for moms at all stages of motherhood. We offer the following programs in Honolulu, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Body Back.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKOUT INCLUDE?
A typical Stroller Strides workout includes a full-body 60 minute workout. We target your core and focus on increasing strength. We encourage all participants to go at their own pace. For this specialty class, we encourage baby-wearing and fitness.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PROGRAMS?
Stroller Strides is different from other fitness programs because we incorporate our kids into our workouts. We sing songs and interact with our kids to increase bonding time and demonstrate how fitness can be fun. Understand though, it is a full body workout!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring a mat or towel, plenty of water, stroller, baby-carrier, snacks for your kid and a smile :).
