Whether your kid is age 2 or 22, if you're a mom who's looking to finally get rid of that lingering pooch, strengthen your core, and get your body back, then this is for you! This is the ONLY program on the island that is focused on post-natal bodies (that means that we know exactly what to target on a mom's body and how to do it).

WHAT IS BODY BACK?
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back. A full Body-Back Session is eight weeks longs and includes personalized one-to-one attention, two in-person fitness workouts per week, clean-eating meal plan, private group of online support and accountability, high-intensity workouts (HIITS), plus daily workouts at home via Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants her Body Back workout DVDs, and an inspiring, judgement-free environment for moms only.
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
These workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition. With that being said, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it!
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM, LOCAL GYM, BOOT CAMPS, PERSONAL TRAINING?
Body Back® is for MOMS ONLY. You're being trained by a MOM, who has been trained to work with your post-natal body. Only 12 participants are allowed per 8 week session. No kids are allowed. There are body and fitness assessments, clean-eating nutritional guidelines, plus workouts DVDs to complete at-home on your own. All participants are held accountable and encouraged every step of the way.
Body Back is meant to challenge and to push you to your personal best and limit. It's a hour of fitness and empowerment for moms to take care of themselves first.

HOW OFTEN WILL BODY BACK BE HELD?
Body Back® is an 8-Week Session that begins Tuesday, September 22. Classes meet two times a week at Kahala Beach Park every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 5:30-6:30AM. (Your partner will still be home and can care for baby/kids)
