Hold and Cancellation Policy


HOLD POLICY: We have a three month hold policy. All monthly memberships may be placed on hold for up three months. Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Hold requests must be received at least 24 hours before your hold begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All membership cancellations must be recieved by the first of the month to cancel for the following month (30 days notice) fromt payment due date. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. All cancellations will occur on the 31st of the month to coordinate with our billing cycle. Dues paid will not be credited or refunded. All requests are for future months only.
