Where are you originally from?

Honolulu, Hawaii

What is your current job? Or what did you do before staying at home (if you don’t currently work outside the home)?

Prior to my son coming home from the hospital I worked as a Pediatric Palliative Care Social Worker at Kapiolani Medical Center. Current job has been the best job I've had, full time stay at home mommy!

What are three fun facts about you?

1. Prior to baby I loved heavy weightlifting, hoping to get back into it someday

2. My husband and I got engaged in Marrakesh

3. I was at Disneyland on the last day they were open before they shut down due to COVID

March 2024

What is your favorite class to attend?

Mondays at 9:30am!

Who is your workout buddy and their age?

Coleson. He is 12 months

What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM?

Meeting other moms and their littles, getting myself and my son out and moving in fresh air, and getting back into shape after baby

What would you say to a mom that is on the fence about joining FIT4MOM?DO IT!! don't be afraid to sign up, don't worry about if your baby cries, or if you need to feed your baby mid class, or run after your kid, its controlled chaos and we're all in the same boat

Share your thoughts on the concept of “it takes a village” – is it important for moms to join a village?

A village really helps normalize all these feelings as a mom, and makes all these new experiences less intimidating.

What is your favorite beverage?

Pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks if its the holidays, or a fresh fruit boba

What is your favorite thing to eat?

Crispy french fries!

You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do?

Get a massage, have a meal with a friend uninterrupted

What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination?

None in particular, I don't mind having baby with me at the destination, I just want a child free plane ride to get to and from!

How has becoming a mother changed you?

I've become a lot more patient, I've slowed down to enjoy the little things more, I have a deep love and appreciation for getting the chance to be a mom to my son

I'm on a trip somewhere
