What are two fun facts about you? I danced hula in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. I also did study abroad in New Zealand.

When did you join FIT4MOM Honolulu? I joined Fit4Baby in 2022.

What is your favorite class to attend? Mondays 9:30am at Kahala Community Park

Who is your workout buddy and their age? Halen is almost 2.

What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM? The amazing community.

What would you say to a mom that is on the fence about joining FIT4MOM? This community is unmatched. Fit4Mom is the best support system for a new mom and now I have built-in besties for my almost 2 year old. I joined the Fit4Baby program when I was in my second trimester, and I could not wait to take the stroller classes after my daughter was born. Our workouts together are a special time for us and our Fit4Mom ‘Ohana.
