WHAT TO BRING (Fit4baby®): Please bring at least one 1 liter of water and a towel or mat for ground exercises
WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, insect repellent, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing.
WHAT TO BRING (Body Back®): Please bring water and a towel
WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is around the perimeter of Hunakai Park, street parking. We meet near the fence in the shade.
HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms with strollers in workout gear. Stroll on up and introduce yourself!
You'll be greeted by your friendly instructor and other moms.
