Aloha! My name is Ella, and I moved to Honolulu from Palm Springs, California. As a former NCAA Division 1 volleyball athlete, with a degree in Exercise Physiology and minors in Nutrition and Psychology, I’m passionate about health, fitness, teamwork, and helping others feel supported.

I joined FIT4MOM Honolulu in October 2024 when my daughter was an infant and was instantly hooked—I loved the supportive community, friendships, and fun classes it offered for moms at every stage, from pregnancy and beyond. In 2025, I was thrilled to take my involvement further by becoming an instructor. Being part of this group has been incredible, and I’m so excited to connect with more amazing moms!
