Aloha Friends!!!

I am born and raised in the Midwest, but my happy place is in the sun, salt and sand AKA Hawaii!!! My husband Kurt, is originally from Kentucky, we met here 10 years ago so this is our home together. We have 1 child, Koa who is 3 1/2 years old-He is full of energy and, like me, loves being outside playing, at the beach swimming or going on a family adventure!

I am so excited to be an instructor for FIT4MOM!!! Helping other women feel strong, healthy and confident brings so much joy to my heart! I have always been into health and fitness but I didn’t realize how passionate I was about it until after I had Koa. I am a stay at home Mom, so everyday I love having time to give back to myself both mentally and physically- and get a work out in! Staying healthy is important to me and necessary to keep up with Koa’s endless energy. I am so happy to be part of this community!
