Aloha! I am a virtual instructor for FIT4MOM Honolulu. You'll find me teaching from Colorado, although I lived in Honolulu for a long time. We love the outdoor lifestyle, the community and everything the Hawaiian Islands brings. I cannot wait to see you in class via Zoom!
