Aloha Beautiful Mommas!!!!

My Name is Whitney and I have two boys, Daxton and Nashville. I am originally from Southern California and have lived in Hawaii for the past 13 years. I was the franchise owner from 2021 to 2024, but I am still here as an instructor to support our beautiful Honolulu community.

Fit4Mom is not just an amazing workout. It’s about connecting and building beautiful long lasting friendships for our families! I have always been passionate about health and fitness. From spinning, running, walking, roller-skating, swimming, core power yoga - you name it I have done it. Working out is what keeps me balanced and gives me energy!

I am truly blessed by all the AMAZING moms I have met through the years. Becoming apart of Fit4Mom is a TRUE sisterhood. I look forward to meeting more AMAZING mommies along the way!
