FIT4MOM Honolulu’s Family Wellness Fair is a brand-new, community-centered event designed to connect families with the incredible local businesses, health professionals, and wellness services available right here on Oʻahu.

We’re creating a space where families—from expecting parents to kūpuna—can discover resources to support their health, happiness, and connection.

Hosted by FIT4MOM Honolulu, a trusted leader in prenatal and postnatal fitness, this event invites the community to move, learn, play, and explore together in an uplifting and inclusive environment.

This free, public event will feature:

• 🎈 Wellness-focused vendors from keiki to kūpuna

• 🎨 Hands-on activities for children and adults

• 🍍 Health & fitness demos led by local experts

• 🎁 Giveaways and swag bags for the first 50 families

• 💬 Opportunities to connect with other parents, caregivers, and service providers

Whether it’s a chiropractor, doula, pediatric dentist, financial advisor, or cultural wellness practitioner, our goal is to spotlight the services that truly support the health and well-being of the whole ʻohana. By bringing together local families and businesses in a fun, welcoming setting, we’re not just creating a fair—we’re building community.
