What is your current job? Or what did you do before staying at home (if you don’t currently work outside the home)?
I am a defense contractor for ADS Inc. What that means is I support the DOD through their procurement challenges, market research, and servicing the men and women who defend our country.
What are three fun facts about you?
I love to garden, I used to do competitive cheerleading and have made it on ESPN a few times, I have a personal goal to get a passport stamp every year. Last year we traveled Ireland in an RV!
What is one of your proudest moments as a mom so far?
Watching my little family smile and laugh again after the Lahaina fires.

What is your favorite class to attend?
Saturday mornings at Fort Ruger Triangle Park.
Who is your workout buddy and their age?
Banyan is 2 years and 8 months and Bodhi is 4 months.
What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM?
My favorite thing about FIT4MOM is the community. Having to make friends as an adult with kids is hard! FIT4MOM makes it accessible, fun, and there are so many options throughout the month to choose from.
What would you say to a mom that is on the fence about joining FIT4MOM?
I always say - follow your curiosity. If you’re on the fence, you’re halfway over so just jump!
Share your thoughts on the concept of “it takes a village” – is it important for moms to join a village?
You can manage life with kids within your own little tribe but having a village around you to share memories and talk story makes it so much better! Also when you don’t have any family members close by, your village is your family.
What is your favorite beverage?
Lately, Ive been loving iced matcha with oat milk and honey. If we are having a moms night out, I love an extra dirty martini with olives!
What is your favorite thing to eat?
I could live off sushi and tacos.
You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do?
Korean spa! I feel like a new women every time I get a deep scrub down.
What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination?
I would love to go to Thailand. Surfing, yoga, spa days, and meditating on repeat.
