What is your favorite thing about FIT4MOM?
The welcoming environment, having a hard day or week?? That’s okay, show up and feel loved and supported.
What would you say to a mom that is on the fence about joining FIT4MOM?
It’s a great way to introduce you and baby to a healthy (not just physically) routine where you get a great workout in no matter what level of postpartum you are and a much needed social environment. Motherhood can be extremely lonely.
Share your thoughts on the concept of “it takes a village” – is it important for moms to join a village?
Modern motherhood is so different and challenging, having a village of moms who get what you are going through and you can vent to or ask advice really saves your mental health. Makes that village which feels so small some times not so small. I get it. As a mamma who doesn’t have a huge “village”, any support is meaningful.
What is your favorite beverage?
Thai ice tea or Mango Banana Smoothie
What is your favorite thing to eat?
Meat and potatoes with kimchi cucumbers/pickled radish
You are given 4 hours of FREE babysitting. What would you do?
Cry lol I’m a Velcro mamma… I’d miss my baby so much.
What is your ultimate child-free vacation destination?
No where haha I love having Tatey everywhere we go, parenthood has not slowed us down
How has becoming a mother changed you?
I don’t even know who I was before becoming a mother, my entire life and every aspect had changed for the better. Motherhood really is my favorite thing.
