Who qualifies to be a FIT4MOM client?

Our classes are designed for moms in any season of life.

Prenatal, stroller aged, moms with older children who want to workout alone.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, water bottle, and a stroller/wagon and anything your little one might need, if attending a stroller class. If attending a mom-only class, bring your own set of weights, a yoga mat and water. If attending a prenatal class, bring water & a yoga mat.

How do I sign up for classes?

Once you grab your free week pass, you’ll get access to our class schedule where you can enroll in each class. We recommend downloading the FIT4MOM app to make it even easier. Apple | Android

Is it really unlimited?

Yes! Your Free Week Pass covers every single class from 10/26 - 11/1. FIT4BABY on 11/1 for all expecting moms!
